About
Gina's had a love of working with people since the age of 16 when she got her first job in the fitness industry. Over the past 17 years, she has accumulated extensive experience, initially starting as a group exercise instructor and personal trainer and over the years working with thousands of individuals. Her journey to this day also includes teaching fitness certifications, running retreats, coaching at her family business, Functional Fitness Australia, hosting her podcast "Body and Beyond" alongside best friend Alice and teaching and mentoring at the Canberra Institute of Technology.
Her passion for the health and wellness industry motivated her to pursue higher education, leading to the attainment of a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Coaching Science, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management.
Gina incorporates her love for health and wellness, coupled with years of practical experience, into her coaching programs. She adores supporting her clients to become their most vibrant, happy and fulfilled selves.
Gina has studied extensively in the field of coaching. Her studies include experience in Integral coaching, developmental coaching, meta-coaching, neuro-linguistic programming and breath-work.
In her coaching sessions and programs, Gina empowers her clients to finally let go of what is holding them back so they can access and embody their full potential.
